Potet Salat

Instructions

Boil potatoes until ready. Cut up into small pieces put in a bowl. Add some pickled onion cut up into half. Add paprika cut into small pieces.

Add mayo mixed with some of the “vinegar” from the pickled onions, so that it is slightly sour. Combine all above, in a bowl, add more mayo/vinegar if necessary.

Place some tomato boats on top. And the same goes for the boiled egg.
