Hash Browns
Instructions
Peel potatoes and onion, coarsley grate them, then wrap in a cloth and squeeze out excess liquid. PLace in a bowl, add beaten edd, flour, chopped herbs and one teaspoon sea salt and 1 table spoon olive oil.
Once these are combined add flour until the mixture is a light batter.
Heat vegtable oil in a frying pan until hot and then add two heaped tablespoons of the potatoe mixture. Squash them flat and fry gently on both sides until golden.
Keep them warm in an oven until the rest are ready.
