Crispy kale recipe
Instructions
Wash the kale thoughly and make sure it is completely dry. If it is still damp it will steam and not crisp.
Coat the kale with olive oil, and place in oven at 180 degrees
Leave in oven for around 10 minutes, though you should keep an eye on the temperature as it will overcook quickly.
