Secret Marinade for beef

Combine soy sauce, onion and garlic in the container of an electric blender; cover and process at high speed 1 minute or until mixture is very smooth. Stir in gravy coloring and beau monde. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Arrange steak, chops, etc. in a single layer and marinate 2 hrs at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
