Sheperds Pie
Instructions
Cook onion in one thrid of the butter until soft, add meat and cook until lightly brown.
Stir in stock , ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning
beat the remaing butter and milk into the mashed potatoes. Put meat in a greased ovenproof dish. cover with potatoes and ripple the top with a fork.
Bake near top of an oven at 220°C for 30 minutes.-
Serve the pie hot , on its own or with vegetables.
