Beef Jerky

Instructions

Freeze the beef until it is partially frozen. This is to ensure that it is easy to slice.

Slice the beef in thin slices f about 2 mm.

Mix all ingredients together and place in a bag with the beef. allow to marrinate for around 24 hours.

Drain and pat dry.

Dehydrate for around 7 hours in the oven.
