Instructions
Line a 17.5cm flan ring with pastry
Cover and sauté the onion in the oil for 3 min on high
Cook the chopped bacon for 2 minutes on high
Place the onion, bacon and grated cheese into flan case
Beat together the eggs, milk herbs and seasoning. Pour into flan case, Place on low rack
Bake for 20-25 minutes on 200 degrees and microwave on med-low
