Kultur melk

Pour the milk in a pan.

Warm carefully until steaming for 0.5 hour

Cool in a water bath to room temerature while stiring

Add the sour cream while stiring.

Let it stand for the night at room temperature

Cool in a refrigerator preferably overnight

Stir the milk wiht a fork until the right consistency.
