Shortcrust pastry with oil

Instructions

Whisk the oil and water together in a large bowl, using a fork. Continue whisking until they are evenly blended.

Sift the flour and salt together and gradually Add it to the oil. Use two knives to incorporate the flour to 7 dough, then turn it on to a floured surface. Knead the pastry lightly and quickly until smooth and shiny. Roll out arid bake as traditional short crust.
