Chocolate risotto
Instructions
Put milk and sugar into a saucepan and heat to simmering point
Melt the butter in a heavy sauce pan, add the rice and mix well to coat the grains
Add a ladle full of the hot milk and stir well.
Add the milk a little at a time, allowing it to be absorbed by the rice, stiring the mxture constantly. Cook ver a moderate heat, stirring frequently to prevent it from sticking.
Remove from heat. Once it has cooled slightly, add the remaining ingredients (excet grated chocolate) and stir genty but thouroughly until mixed in.
The rice should ne cooked but left a little al dente. Garnish with the chocolate (either for presentation or on individuak servings)
