Chocolate Moose without cream

Put chocolate and water into a pan and immerse it into a larger pan with water which is gently heated.

Stir the chocolate and water mixture until it forms a uniform mixture

Imerse the pan into a larger pan with cold water and some ice cubes. Whisk the mixture until it thickens.

Warning it will thicken very quickly torwards the end.
